We, as a member of the community, dedicate efforts to various initiatives to contribute to the community. Through such initiatives, we pursue communication with the tenants, local government, local community, sponsors, officers and employees of the Asset Management Company and other various stakeholders.

We conduct tenant satisfaction surveys to ask for opinions and requests with the intent to improve leasing and ensure stable operation. We share the survey results with property management companies, etc. and use them to improve services such as renovating common areas.

In response to tenants' demands, renovated the office room (common area), which was used infrequently, into a study corner serving also as a business meeting space with dealers and other parties at Storia Akasaka.

Implemented a bike share and cycle port service at Urbannet Gotanda NN Building’s open space above ground by outsourcing to Docomo Bike Share, Inc.
In addition to responding to the request of the municipality which aims to expand cycle ports, the service was implemented with the hope that it will improve tenant satisfaction levels by improving access to the nearest station.

■ Utilization of Specialized Skills of the Sponsors' Personnel

The Company intends to provide high-quality asset management business by accepting personnel with high expertise on real estate from NTT Group. It has accepted 10 personnel from NTT Urban Development Corporation (as of the end of January 2021). In order to support employees aiming to improve their skills, the group has established a system for dispatching students to overseas and domestic graduate schools and a system for supporting self-development, and also provides correspondence education and online courses.

In addition, the managers have acquired both expertise and organizational management skills through the personnel training system and contribute to the improvement of organizational management capabilities by continuously attending management trainings.
