Structure

Premier Investment Corporation (PIC) entrusts the management of its assets to Premier REIT Advisors Co., Ltd. (PRA). Based on the Asset Management Services Agreement and the General Services Delegation Agreement, PRA manages the assets held by PIC and conducts certain operations with regard to the management of PIC's general unitholders' meetings and Board of Directors meetings.

The Chuo Mitsui Trust and Banking Co., Ltd. serves as the general service provider and the asset custodian for PIC pursuant to the General Services Delegation Agreement, the Agreement for Delegation of the Maintenance of Unitholders' Registry and the Asset Custody Services Agreement. The Chuo Mitsui Trust and Banking Co., Ltd. provides the following services:

- Accounting
- Bookkeeping of accounts
- Tax-related operations
- Operations related to cash payments distributed to unitholders
- Inducements concerning the exercise of unitholders’ rights
- Operations related to the receipt of requests or applications from unitholders
- Retaining of written documents certifying rights concerning assets acquired by PIC
- Administration of payments to and withdrawals from accounts
- Remittance services
- Delivery services, etc.
