Previously the principal sponsors of PRA were Ken Corporation Ltd., SOHGOH REAL ESTATE CO., LTD. and The Chuo Mitsui Trust Group. However, via the transfer of stocks, PRA became a subsidiary of NTT Urban Development Corporation on May 14, 2010.
This capital policy intends to strengthen the structure of PRA and improve the investment value of PIC continuously through the pipeline support and dispatch of human resources by NTT Urban Development Corporation as well as utilizing its credibility.
